How to Make Your Problem Report
HINT #1: For the best chance that your problem report will make a difference, and produce a solution, don't "call names" or use vulgar or "swear words." You also are more likely to get results if you stay calm when you are entering your description of a problem. Stick to the facts, give details as needed (but not hints on who you are), and be as brief as possible.
HINT #2: The organization where the problem is taking place may have more than one physical location (different offices, plants, buildings, facilities, etc.). Therefore, you may want to describe where the problem is taking place, so our SolvAnon® subscriber will know where to solve the problem. But avoid giving so much detail that the organization might guess who you are.
